Carbon County Warrant Records Carbon County Warrant Records

For a Carbon County case, contact the court named on the citation or order. Start there. The Sheriff's Office and jail handle law-enforcement or custody questions, while the County Clerk/Auditor receives GRAMA requests for county-held records. Utah Courts has a separate process for public court copies. These offices maintain different records and cannot substitute for one another's decisions. Identify whether the need concerns case status, custody, or a records copy before choosing a contact. The issuing court can explain its published steps.

This Is Not a Government or Law Enforcement Office. This site cannot confirm whether a warrant exists, recall or clear an order, accept bond, arrange a surrender, or give legal advice. Contact the issuing court for a case status and its next steps. The Sheriff's Office and jail are separate contacts for law-enforcement or custody questions.

Need Official Warrant Information?

Choose the office that holds the record or controls the decision:

  • Case or warrant status: Carbon County Justice Court is at 751 E 100 N, Suite 1600, Price; call (435) 636-3400 when that court is named on the case. For another court, use the contact printed on the notice.
  • Police or custody question: Carbon County Sheriff's Office, 240 W Main, Price, (435) 636-3251; the jail's 24-hour number is (435) 636-3254. These contacts do not replace the issuing court's status confirmation.
  • County-held records: direct a GRAMA request to the County Clerk/Auditor, 751 E 100 N, Suite 1100, Price, (435) 636-3200. Court records follow the separate Utah Courts request process.
  • Legal advice or a plan to resolve a case: speak with a licensed Utah attorney and ask the issuing court about its procedure. No countywide warrant-specific surrender or recall protocol was verified.

For county administrative records, submit a clear description through the Carbon County GRAMA request route. The usual response period is 10 business days, but a referral, denial, or delay may apply. Inspection is generally free; copies and staff time may carry a charge. A GRAMA request cannot recall a warrant.
